AF.AR is a dynamic company internationally recognised especially in the production of electrical manifolds, in the textile machinery industry for the production of needle beds and cylinders and in the mechanical and car sectors where it has established itself as a leader in the production of carbide circular saws and cutters of all kinds.
Production range from 8 mm to 300 mm in diameter.
Thickness 0.05 mm to 60.00 mm (in correlation to the outer diameter)

Presales support and feasibility analyses

Our pre-sales service helps customers who request it to clarify the purpose of the products and materials before proceeding with the order.
We proceed together to an objective feasibility analysis that leads to an appropriate and reasonable solution in terms of materials and costs.

Product customisation

We can put the customer’s logo in vector format on the tool they supply and, if necessary, at a cost, also labelling and special packaging.

After-sales assistance

We know that it is essential to develop processing parameters in order to optimise results. That’s why our customers can take advantage of an after sales service to guide them in the correct use of the products purchased.

Re-sharpening
services

Our customers can use our direct and complete regrinding service for the tools we have produced and those purchased from other suppliers.

Process

Organisation chart

AF.AR employs highly qualified and skilled personnel. The team is structured in a simple and straightforward organisational chart to ensure the highest level of satisfaction of customers and the evolving market. AF.AR's front line experience and daily commitment over the years, has allowed us to create a complex and comprehensive system of management of production, logistical and management processes at all levels. AF.AR is divided into four departments. The administrative commercial sector deals with the administrative and commercial management of customers and suppliers, interfacing with Italian and foreign organisations. It works closely with the orders and production launch department, which confirms orders and starts production. The technical and production department has more than 40 machines and interfaces with the warehouse, which deals with the dispatch and testing of goods.

AF.AR has always focused on improving the quality of its products in close cooperation with its main raw material supplier - our active partner for over 20 years - and with some considerate and willing customers. Thanks to the help of a number of customers, we can test different processing specifications: new materials, new tool geometries, new upholstery. AF.AR believes it important to find innovative and customised solutions. We look together with our customers into how to provide the highest performing product with the right value for money. Delivery times

FOR CATALOGUE PRODUCTS

Delivery times vary from 2 days to 3 weeks with regard to standard production materials (everything on our price list).

FOR SPECIAL MATERIALS

Delivery due dates for special materials (not on the price list) are to be decided on each occasion depending on the types of tools.
To both the delivery due dates mentioned above 20 working days are to be added to the delivery due date in August and 15 in December. This due date applies to normal working conditions and supply of goods.
AF.AR or anyone acting on its behalf shall for no reason be required to pay damages of any kind or amount due to any delays in delivery.
